Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold comprehensive school culture frameworks that promote positive student-teacher relationships, consistent behavior management, and effective classroom procedures, while coaching instructional leaders to sustain these practices.
- Develop and maintain robust instructional systems that ensure teachers deeply understand content, deliver high-quality lessons, use data to inform instruction, and implement targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
- Oversee efficient and safe daily operations by building strong operational systems and guiding the operations leader to meet enrollment, attendance, and management goals.
- Create and sustain structured family engagement strategies that support student retention and academic success, including consistent communication and partnership-building with families.
- Lead talent strategy by making data-informed decisions on hiring, development, and advancement while cultivating a high-performance staff culture through coaching and accountability systems.
- Strategically allocate campus discretionary funds to align with academic and operational priorities, managing budget execution in collaboration with operations and administrative staff.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies by implementing training and monitoring systems, and by developing leadership capacity to maintain standards.
- Oversee special education and equity programs to guarantee students with IEPs, 504s, and English learner status receive appropriate services and instructional support in compliance with legal requirements.
- Design and manage data collection and analysis systems that enable school-wide decision-making, continuous improvement, and targeted academic interventions.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support school leadership and organizational goals.
