EQL Tech is building a curated Tutor Talent Pool for a selective online research mentorship programme. We are seeking academic instructors to mentor gifted secondary students aged 13–18. When student demand aligns with your expertise, you'll be invited to provide a fully remote, two-week engagement focused on scholarly research.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 10 one-hour one-to-one tutorials over 2 consecutive weeks to a student.
- Provide remote, personalised academic engagement and mentorship.
- Guide a student to develop and produce a 1,500–2,000-word academic research paper in their chosen subject.
What We're Looking For
- Currently completing or have completed a Master's or PhD at an Ivy League institution, Stanford, MIT, Oxford, or Cambridge.
- Available for 10 one-hour sessions over a 2-week period when matched with a student.
Nice to Have
- Experienced in teaching or mentoring high school or undergraduate students.
- Passionate about guiding young scholars in independent research.
