ecomates, a startup tackling sustainable food waste disposal, is looking for a student to complete their thesis (Abschlussarbeit) in Business Development, Sales & Marketing. You will actively support the team, contribute your own ideas, and gain valuable experience in the startup world.

What You'll Do

Conduct market analyses, surveys, and competitor research to better understand target groups and market potential.
Support the setup and maintenance of the sales funnel, including communication with potential customers.
Develop content for social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram), design posts and articles, and support the implementation of marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

Current enrollment at a university, ideally in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
German language skills at a negotiable level for independent and professional customer communication.
First experience in sales or marketing through studies, projects, or professional experience.
Creativity and strong communication skills with a passion for brainstorming, designing content, and targeted communication.
Analytical skills and organizational talent for structured work, market analyses, and surveys.
Initiative and willingness to learn in order to take on responsibility in a small team.
Interest in sustainability and the circular economy.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a small team of 1-10 employees with flat hierarchies, short communication paths, and close collaboration. You will work directly with the managing director.
