Abrigo is looking for a Senior Analyst – Asset and Liability Management to join our Advisory Services team. You will play a critical role providing expert guidance to financial institutions by supporting the delivery of ALM and loan/deposit pricing analyses. This position involves producing high-quality modeling outputs, preparing advisory deliverables, and participating in client discussions.
What You'll Do
- Support ALM and pricing engagements by preparing ALM deliverables, core deposit studies, prepayment analyses, and other deliverables.
- Collaborate with consultants to analyze data and build insights related to interest rate risk, liquidity, loan pricing, and balance sheet strategy.
- Develop and maintain high-quality client reports, including graphs, model outputs, and narrative summaries.
- Participate in client meetings to explain data interpretations and modeling results.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to standardization and quality control of model assumptions and processes.
- Research market trends and assist in applying regulatory guidance to advisory work.
- Support implementation of software tools for modeling and analysis.
- Assist with internal tools, dashboards, or documentation projects as needed.
- Stay current on relevant regulatory-related compliance requirements and demonstrate a willingness to research and integrate new regulations into advisory offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in banking, consulting or financial analytics.
- Knowledge of funding cost analysis, deposit betas, and prepayment modeling.
- Hands-on experience with ALM software, FTP frameworks, or balance sheet management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a desire to improve processes, maximize efficiency and improve deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with remote teams.
- Experience using all MS Office applications.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably with exposure to ALM, interest rate risk and liquidity risk.
