Arash Law is hiring a TikTok Shop (TTS) Affiliate Growth Manager to build and manage a high-performing affiliate ecosystem for its fast-growing shapewear brand. You will lead the recruitment, activation, and scaling of TikTok Shop affiliates, focusing on operational efficiency and driving sales volume.
What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential TikTok Shop affiliates.
- Scale the number of active affiliates across relevant niches like fashion, bodywear, and lifestyle.
- Develop repeatable outreach strategies to consistently grow affiliate volume.
- Evaluate creator performance metrics prior to onboarding.
- Ensure affiliates are fully and correctly onboarded within TikTok Shop.
- Guide creators on product selection, positioning, and affiliate linking.
- Maintain consistent communication to drive ongoing content output.
- Reduce friction in product fitting, sizing, and communication loops.
- Manage the full affiliate lifecycle from recruitment through performance scaling.
- Monitor key affiliate performance metrics like GMV, CTR, conversion rate, and content output.
- Identify top-performing affiliates and scale them through structured collaboration.
- Re-engage underperforming affiliates with clear, data-backed action plans.
- Build systems to efficiently manage high volumes of affiliates.
- Create tracking dashboards and performance reports.
- Create clear product education materials and standardize sizing and fit messaging.
- Develop FAQs and guidance documents for creators.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve product clarity and communication.
- Build and maintain structured affiliate databases and develop outreach templates and SOPs.
- Improve internal workflows to support affiliate scale and identify automation opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with TikTok Shop in affiliate or creator management.
- Proven experience recruiting and managing influencers or affiliates.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
- Experience working with e-commerce or product-based brands.
- Data-driven mindset with performance tracking experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling large affiliate programs (50–300+ affiliates).
- Background in fashion, shapewear, or apparel.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking dashboards and reporting.
- Experience building or improving SOPs and operational workflows.
