Role Overview:
We need a sharp, creative TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager who can lead our entire affiliate marketing ecosystem. You'll be the mastermind behind recruiting creators, guiding their journey, and driving performance metrics that make our leadership team's jaws drop.
This role is tailor-made for someone who speaks both influencer and eCommerce fluently — someone who can nurture relationships while keeping a laser focus on growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Strategy & Recruitment
- Craft and execute a TikTok Shop affiliate strategy that syncs perfectly with our brand vision and product roadmap
- Hunt down and vet top-tier creators and affiliate partners who can authentically represent our brand
- Build robust outreach pipelines using TikTok Creator Marketplace and cutting-edge affiliate tools
Affiliate Management & Enablement
- Onboard and train affiliates, turning them into brand storytellers who deeply understand our messaging and product magic
- Design and distribute killer marketing assets, product samples, and compelling talking points
- Be the ultimate point of contact for all things affiliate — from content approvals to logistical wizardry
Performance & Optimization
- Obsessively track affiliate content performance, sales attribution, and conversion metrics
- Dive deep into campaign data to ruthlessly optimize ROI, CPA, and content engagement
- Experiment with incentives, affiliate structures, and promotions to supercharge performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Seamlessly integrate TikTok Shop strategy with social, paid, creative, and eCommerce teams
- Be the voice of creators, feeding critical insights back to product and marketing teams
- Deliver crystal-clear weekly and monthly KPI reports that tell a compelling growth story
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years driving results in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or influencer marketing — bonus points for TikTok Shop experience
- Deep, nuanced understanding of TikTok's creator landscape, content trends, and eCommerce ecosystem
- Pro-level skills with affiliate platforms, creator CRM tools, and TikTok Creator Marketplace
- Communication skills that can charm creators and impress executives in the same breath
- Data ninja with a proven track record of using spreadsheets and dashboards to unlock growth insights
