Cencora is hiring a 340B Senior Business Analyst to be an integral part of the Commercial Analytics team within Health System and Government Services. In this role, you'll be responsible for understanding the commercial and operational levers that impact the 340B segment, using data and analytics to uncover key insights that drive strategy and action.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for 340B data, reporting, and financial performance.
- Possess a deep understanding of the levers and their impact on the 340B P&L and operations.
- Support operational and commercial decision making via business intelligence processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with large, complex data sets to identify patterns, correlations, and outliers.
- Distill relevant insights and showcase them through relevant visualizations.
- Proactively develop new reporting tools and models to support initiatives aimed at driving profitability, finding new market opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and program reliability.
- Ensure consistency and a high degree of accuracy across 340B data and reports.
- Effectively collaborate with other cross-functional teams for the purposes of making data requests or collaborating on 340B related projects.
- Develop and deploy educational processes, training, and support for 340B data and reports.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, health information management, computer sciences, statistics, advanced analytics or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program.
- A minimum of six (6) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience applying advanced analysis techniques to business problems.
Nice to Have
- An advanced Pharmaceutical degree (i.e., PharmD) and/or MBA is preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of experience with analyzing and/or reporting on 340B Program, pharmaceutical, supply chain and/or healthcare data.
- Three (3) or more years of data analyst experience.
- Experience managing large datasets and performing advanced analytics (i.e. Excel modeling, Access).
