That 1 Detailers is hiring a Remote Inside Sales Closer to drive revenue for our automotive ceramic coating services. This is a commission-only role focused on converting a high volume of warm inbound leads through a structured, fast-paced sales process.
What You'll Do
- Close warm inbound leads for automotive ceramic coating services.
- Handle 10+ warm inbound leads daily, responding within 5 minutes.
- Use a consultative, value-driven approach to educate customers, share pricing, and book appointments.
- Manage pipeline inside GoHighLevel with tasks, notes, follow-ups, and deal management.
- Execute structured, multi-touch follow-ups to convert undecided leads.
- Maintain clean, organized CRM hygiene.
- Stay highly active with calls, texts, and emails to close deals.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years of phone-based closing experience (high-ticket preferred).
- A dedicated home office set up.
- Strong sales fundamentals: discovery, objection handling, tonality, and emotional intelligence.
- Fast, disciplined, and highly organized with ability to follow systems and respond quickly.
- Team-first mindset: collaborative, coachable, and competitive in a healthy way.
- High personal accountability and ability to operate without micromanagement.
Nice to Have
- Automotive or detailing industry experience.
- Experience in a remote sales environment.
