Responsibilities

  • Support in delivering structural analysis and design for building projects, from concept through to detailed design
  • Provide hands-on site support, inspections and construction-phase engineering input
  • Work within BIM workflows and contribute to sustainable design outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Support project management activities including budgeting, risk management and coordination

Requirements

  • Must be applying to join as a graduate structural engineer in 2027
  • Must upload resume, cover letter, and latest academic transcripts as one single document
  • Must complete global online strength-based assessment
  • Must be available for a phone screen with the Early Careers Recruitment team
  • Must attend a face-to-face interview at local office
