M&T Bank is seeking participants for its 2026 Operations Development Program focused on Customer Asset Management (CAM). This program offers an immersive, rotational curriculum designed to build technical proficiency in core business processes and develop leadership skills within the bank's CAM division.
What You'll Do
- Complete a series of job rotations over a set timeframe to gain a broad understanding of various roles and how they deliver solutions to customers
- Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring operational processes are completed timely and accurately
- Perform quality reviews of loans to ensure they align with the company’s risk appetite
- Work in either customer contact or back-office roles, depending on your preference and skill set
- Develop and produce routine departmental reports and spreadsheets, including project analyses and financial reporting
- Complete data review, research, and reconciliation tasks
- Participate actively in all Customer Asset Management Operations Development Program activities
- Understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls, escalating issues to management as needed
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand
- Maintain internal control standards and implement audit points in a timely manner
- Complete other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Up to 1 year of work experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills

Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay rate: $29.57 - $43.99
