The NCI Agency (NATO Communications and Information Agency) is hiring a Digital Training Media Creator to produce comprehensive multimedia training content. This role is central to supporting NATO's transition to public cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and M365, by enabling user adoption of new IT services across the NATO Enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Attend structured onboarding training at NHQ Brussels and complete self-paced NPCL training via Viva Learning.
- Develop step-by-step user guides with illustrations and UX principles.
- Create detailed video tutorials and explainer clips using advanced editing and multi-tool workflows.
- Design infographics, icons, banners, and internal marketing visuals aligned with NCIA/NATO branding.
- Build training paths and modules using Viva Learning and support integration of Viva Engage, Connections, and Amplify.
- Curate training content into SharePoint portals and learning libraries, organizing with metadata and access controls.
- Develop explainer content on Microsoft Places and hybrid workspace usage.
- Package training for multi-channel delivery (digital via Viva, Teams, SharePoint; physical via PDF/print).
- Develop announcement templates, learning teaser videos, training emails, and intranet banners for change communication.
- Liaise with internal SMEs and platform owners for accuracy and join working groups with communications teams.
- Collect feedback via embedded forms, polls, and usage metrics; run A/B testing on content formats.
- Track progress in weekly sprints, submit structured reports, and maintain backlog/roadmap alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret.
- Expertise in multimedia production and advanced video/audio editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Audition).
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications and user-centric content development.
- Strong background in digital communications, enterprise learning design, and platform adoption support.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually engaging content.
- Experience designing internal communication strategies and managing SharePoint knowledge hubs.
- Ability to align deliverables with NATO branding, accessibility standards, and multilingual deployment needs.
- Ability to measure content effectiveness and contribute to iterative improvement through feedback and analytics.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Cloud Operations team under the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), working within the NATO Enterprise Cloud Operating Model (NECOM). The contractor will be part of the project management and implementation team, working closely with the Cloud Operations Centre and Accreditation Support Office, reporting to the Cloud Operations Manager and Project Training Coordinator.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role with locations Off-Site. Travel may be required, not exceeding 1 week per month, to Brussels (BE) or The Hague (NL).
