audibene is looking for a 1st / 2nd Level Support Specialist to serve as the primary technical contact for our customers. In this role, you will work within our innovative startup environment with a flat hierarchy, providing direct support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding quickly to submitted tickets via phone and software (Level 1).
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting.
- Support the updating and further development of internal documentation, self-help articles, and guidelines.
- Be active on-site in emergencies or direct our remote-hands personnel on-site.
What We're Looking For
- First experience in IT support.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Familiarity with ticket systems like Zendesk or Intercom.
- Good knowledge of common operating systems, software applications, and network technologies.
- High affinity for networks and technology.
- High willingness to learn and good comprehension skills.
- High reliability and strong communication skills.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Class B driver's license.
