audibene is looking for a 1st / 2nd Level Support Specialist to serve as the primary technical contact for our customers. In this role, you will work within our innovative startup environment with a flat hierarchy, providing direct support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What You'll Do

Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding quickly to submitted tickets via phone and software (Level 1).
Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting.
Support the updating and further development of internal documentation, self-help articles, and guidelines.
Be active on-site in emergencies or direct our remote-hands personnel on-site.

What We're Looking For

First experience in IT support.
High customer and service orientation.
Familiarity with ticket systems like Zendesk or Intercom.
Good knowledge of common operating systems, software applications, and network technologies.
High affinity for networks and technology.
High willingness to learn and good comprehension skills.
High reliability and strong communication skills.
Fluent German language skills.
Class B driver's license.
