Arvana GmbH is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to drive qualified leads for our B2B software clients. You will make strategic decisions and manage advertising accounts with significant budgets, optimizing the entire lead journey while working from our central Berlin office.
What You'll Do
- Take full responsibility for entire advertising accounts, making independent and important decisions about account development.
- Strategically plan the setup of new advertising accounts and quickly familiarize yourself with complex business fields.
- Create and manage Paid Search and Social campaigns on platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain an overview of all relevant KPIs and act quickly when discrepancies or opportunities are identified.
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating and managing Paid Search and Social ads in the four to five-figure budget range.
