Impossible Cloud is hiring a Tech Lead Blockchain for its Dubai office. You will take ownership of smart contract development and provide technical leadership for blockchain initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, efficient smart contracts.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, setting architectural standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
- Stay current with blockchain technology trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading blockchain development projects from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in smart contract languages (e.g., Solidity) and development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and security principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive technical decisions.
