Voxidea is looking for an Intake Specialist to be the welcoming first point of contact for individuals seeking legal services. In this fully remote role, you will guide leads toward appropriate assistance by understanding their needs, coordinating with experts, and ensuring a smooth client journey.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
- Collect and assess important information to understand client needs and how the firm can help.
- Listen empathetically and guide individuals to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
- Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
What We're Looking For
- Holds a bachelor’s degree.
- Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
- Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
- Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Permanently resides in Latin America.
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
