Job Title Zone Installation Technician, Medical Imaging (Eastern Region) As a Service Engineer at Philips, you'll be the critical technical specialist ensuring our medical technology solutions deliver outstanding performance for clients. Your role: - Develop comprehensive understanding of installation protocols and establish strong customer relationships while demonstrating urgency in identifying and resolving technical challenges. - Must be certified and execute work in at least one medical modality. Potentially required to become proficient in multiple modalities. Continuously updates technical knowledge and monitors current industry developments. Actively pursues professional development opportunities. - Embraces organizational best practices, independently manages scheduling, and remains flexible to support team objectives. - Completes all administrative responsibilities within established organizational and regulatory timelines, including documentation, service reports, expense tracking, maintenance logs, installation records, and related paperwork. You're the right fit if: - Possess 1+ years of experience servicing technical equipment. - Demonstrate expertise in applying electronic, mechanical, and networking principles to install, diagnose, and repair complex systems, utilizing comprehensive technical tools and testing equipment. - Hold a high school diploma or vocational certification; associate's degree preferred. - Capable of meeting comprehensive physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with potential accommodations. - Able to work across diverse settings including office, home office, healthcare environments, with extensive travel potential (up to 100% via multiple transportation modes), potentially involving weekend and international assignments with flexible scheduling and personal protective equipment usage. Transparency Details Hourly compensation varies by region: - ME, WV: $19.01-$30.42 - NH, PA, VA, VT: $20.01-$32.02 - DE, MD, RI: $21.01-$33.62 - CT, MA, NY, NJ: $22.41-$35.86 Compensation determined by multiple factors including expertise, experience, and organizational requirements.
