Zantech, a dynamic Woman Owned Small Business, is hiring for a dual-role position combining Business Analyst – Technical duties with Alternate Program Manager responsibilities. In this remote role, you will provide business analysis support within the DABAL framework across the 88th RD Area of Operations and act with full PM authority during absences, ensuring continuity for this mission-focused contract.

What You'll Do

• Conduct remote stakeholder interviews and requirements elicitation sessions
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
• Develop business cases and propose process improvement solutions
• Create data analysis reports and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Support system implementation and business transformation initiatives across the 88th RD AO
• Assume full PM authority and responsibilities—authorized to bind the Contractor when PM is absent
• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government COR and KO when PM is absent
• Manage on-site and remote personnel across the 88th RD AO when PM is absent
• Ensure continuity of contract deliverables, reporting, and compliance when PM is absent

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of relevant business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of documented experience directing or managing multi-functional Army Reserve organizations OR equivalent private sector IT management experience
• Minimum 2 years of documented financial management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant equivalent experience)
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher clearance
• DoD Cyber Awareness Training (required prior to network access and annually thereafter)
• AT Level I Awareness Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
• iWATCH Army Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
• ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) registration required

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior military service or Army Reserve experience a significant advantage for the APM function
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent program management certification
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
• DoD 8140/8570 compliant certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CAP)
