About the Role: We're hunting for a Video Producer who can turn content creation into an art form. You'll be the mastermind behind our video strategy—from the first spark of an idea to hitting 'publish' across multiple platforms. Whether we're talking in-depth podcasts or TikTok-ready snippets, you'll define how our brand shows up in the digital world. This is for the creative risk-taker who wants to push boundaries alongside our talented graphic designer.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of our YouTube content strategy and execution.
Craft and edit long-form podcasts, then transform them into scroll-stopping social media clips.
Optimize content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social ads.
Team up with our graphic designer and marketing squad to bring brand stories to life.
Stay laser-focused on platform trends and algorithm shifts—and help us pivot lightning-fast.
Coach the team on video best practices, content structure, and what actually drives engagement online.
Requirements:
Proven track record of creating and growing content for YouTube and social platforms.
Minimum 4 years of video production experience with a laser focus on social-first content.
Killer editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Sharp storytelling chops—especially for bite-sized content that packs a punch.
Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and move at startup speed.
Bonus points if you've got podcast or performance marketing content under your belt.
