Digimark is looking for an Italian Speaking Parcel Recovery Specialist to join the Mercier Consultancy MD team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in efficiently assisting Italian-speaking customers with the recovery of their parcels, working from anywhere in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Italian customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with parcel recovery inquiries.
- Provide clear guidance on recovery procedures and required documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to lost or damaged parcels and deliver effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely parcel recovery.
- Stay updated on company policies and recovery procedures to provide customers with accurate information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent proficiency in Italian and English.
- Experience in customer service, support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
