Responsibilities
- Demonstrate advanced UX expertise to develop strategic research plans and customer journey roadmaps, particularly within finance and insurance sectors
- Quickly generate concepts and design interactive elements such as user flows and journey maps
- Lead the design of holistic user experiences that support both immediate needs and long-term objectives
- Deliver practical, production-ready design solutions for rapid implementation
- Document user scenarios and map out detailed UX workflows
- Conduct concept and flow testing with end users, including bankers and customers
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews and validation sessions for design concepts
- Create low to mid-fidelity UX designs to communicate ideas and interactions
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and test assumptions
- Design comprehensive end-to-end user journeys across touchpoints
- Identify and plan for potential error conditions in user flows
- Define entry and exit points across multiple channels and platforms
- Develop clear information architecture to support usability and navigation
- Execute usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user outcomes
