Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of office environments
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repair services
- Oversee cleaning and janitorial schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Administer access control and security systems
- Support onboarding of new employees with workspace setup
- Handle vendor contracts for facility services
- Respond to employee workplace concerns promptly
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Organize internal moves and space reconfigurations
- Monitor building systems including HVAC and electrical
- Implement emergency preparedness plans
- Track service requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure ADA and workplace accessibility standards are met
- Support sustainability initiatives in facility operations
- Coordinate with IT for workspace technology needs
- Manage mail and package handling systems
- Oversee food services and common area upkeep
- Maintain accurate facility records and floor plans
- Assist with special events and executive meetings
- Enforce workplace policies and space usage guidelines
- Conduct routine facility inspections
- Optimize space utilization across offices
