This role is central to creating a positive, efficient workplace in Prague while providing remote support to the Berlin team. You'll ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing vendor relationships. Your efforts will keep the workspace safe, organized, and welcoming for all team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact in the Prague office, fostering engagement through communication channels and team activities
- Plan and coordinate local events, including social gatherings, holiday celebrations, and casual meetups
- Support regional travel logistics and assist with company-wide events across EMEA
- Manage office essentials—from kitchen restocking to cleaning schedules and repair coordination
- Process purchase requests and track corporate spending with attention to detail
- Collaborate with HR and IT to support onboarding and offboarding, including workspace setup and equipment distribution
- Operate and maintain AV systems for meetings and video conferences
- Handle confidential materials and sensitive correspondence with discretion
