Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Working Student, Marketplace Data Analytics (m/f/d) to join our team in Cologne. In this role, you will support our Marketplace Analytics team with data-driven insights in our dynamic e-health environment, benefiting from flexible hours alongside your studies. What You'll Do

Create insightful dashboards and reports using Excel to support business decisions.
Use R for analyses, visualizations, and process automation.
Work closely with the Analytics team and gain exposure to a variety of data projects.
Contribute your own ideas and optionally take ownership of small projects from start to finish.
Grow with us and further develop your analytical skills through hands-on experience.

What We're Looking For

Solid Excel skills.
Practical experience in programming with R and Python.
Enjoy analytical thinking and solving problems with numbers.
Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

Some initial experience in data analysis.
German language skills will be a plus.
