Wellhub is looking for a Senior Manager, Insights & Efficiency (M&A Integration) to join our Business Transformation team in Spain. You will be the lead architect of performance for newly acquired portfolio companies, extracting messy data to create a clear roadmap for growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Analyze the income statements of acquired companies to identify 'leakage' and drive EBITDA improvements.
- Partner with finance leads to develop rolling forecasts and annual budgets for the portfolio.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis when a company misses a target.
- Audit the data health of recent acquisitions to create a 'Single Source of Truth'.
- Act as the translator between executive leadership and operational teams at acquired companies.
- Inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a highly analytical role (Management Consulting, FP&A or Business Intelligence).
- Proven experience in change management or post-merger integration.
- Expertise in SQL and advanced Data Visualization.
- Power User (Excel/Google Sheets): building robust, scalable models.
- SQL Native: comfortable writing queries to extract insights from relational databases.
- Financial Modeling: Advanced ability to build 3-statement models and DCFs in Excel.
- KPI Development: Experience defining and tracking SaaS or industry-specific metrics.
- Prior experience in FP&A and advanced English proficiency are mandatory.
