About the Role

Brainlab is seeking a Working Student to join our HR Department, supporting our team across both Recruiting and HR Operations. This role offers you a chance to gain practical insights into a dynamic, international healthtech environment where your work directly impacts medical decisions and patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Independently prepare and schedule phone and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate appointments for candidates and departments in both German and English.
  • Draft employment contracts and all related documents together with HR Operations.
  • Assist with work permit and relocation topics for international new hires.
  • Help plan internal and external recruiting events.
  • Contribute to special projects, such as implementing our HR system and integrating AI-driven tools in recruiting.

What We're Looking For

  • Current enrollment in a business-related or HR-oriented degree program.
  • Enjoyment of working with people, open and reliable communication, and the sensitivity required for HR.
  • A structured, highly organized working style to manage multiple administrative and organizational tasks.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take responsibility for your work.
  • Confident communication skills in German and English within an intercultural environment.
  • A tech-savvy mindset.

Nice to Have

  • First experience with HR software such as Personio or an interest in applying AI in recruiting.
