Brainlab is seeking a Working Student to join our HR Department, supporting our team across both Recruiting and HR Operations. This role offers you a chance to gain practical insights into a dynamic, international healthtech environment where your work directly impacts medical decisions and patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Independently prepare and schedule phone and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate appointments for candidates and departments in both German and English.
- Draft employment contracts and all related documents together with HR Operations.
- Assist with work permit and relocation topics for international new hires.
- Help plan internal and external recruiting events.
- Contribute to special projects, such as implementing our HR system and integrating AI-driven tools in recruiting.
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a business-related or HR-oriented degree program.
- Enjoyment of working with people, open and reliable communication, and the sensitivity required for HR.
- A structured, highly organized working style to manage multiple administrative and organizational tasks.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take responsibility for your work.
- Confident communication skills in German and English within an intercultural environment.
- A tech-savvy mindset.
Nice to Have
- First experience with HR software such as Personio or an interest in applying AI in recruiting.
