Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, testing, and deploying complex Workday Reports and Dashboards across multiple modules (HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Workday Report Writer and the creation of Calculated Fields (including complex functions like Lookups, Evaluate Expression, Aggregate, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Workday data structures, business object models, and security domains as they relate to reporting and data accessibility
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate technical data into clear, strategic visualizations and narratives for executive audiences
- Demonstrated experience leading technical reporting projects from requirement gathering, solution design, through UAT and deployment
- Ability to handle complex, confidential data while maintaining strict security and compliance standards
Nice to Have
- Experience with Discovery Boards, People Analytics, and other BI tools like Tableau
- Advanced knowledge of how data flows between Workday and up/downstream systems via EIBs or other integration types to ensure reporting accuracy
- Workday Reporting Certification or related certifications
- Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies
