Responsibilities
- Create, review, and execute test cases or formal test plans to verify system functionality aligns with defined requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct functional, security, and regression testing for system updates and incident resolution releases in coordination with regional business representatives.
- Collaborate with regional business leads, business-level testers, and development teams to resolve or address defects and issues identified during user acceptance testing.
- Ensure testing activities are completed on schedule and that outcomes are communicated clearly and promptly.
- Respond to audit teams by providing accurate and timely information about testing procedures and documentation.
- Deliver practical feedback to enhance the development, testing, and deployment processes for application improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging testing tools, methods, and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to testing standards, workflows, and automation tool usage.
