Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Workday Data Lead to guide clients through complex data migration projects into cloud-based Workday solutions. In this role, you will shape innovative data strategies and ensure smooth transitions from legacy HR and Financials systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead data migration activities across full Workday implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Host client workshops, facilitate discussions, and share leading practices.
- Design and deliver high-quality data conversion approaches and documentation.
- Manage and mentor Workday Data Migration consultants to ensure project success.
- Act as the main knowledge resource for converting legacy system data into Workday HCM and Financials.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and Workday experts to build robust solutions.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities by shaping tailored offerings for prospective clients.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of hands-on Workday platform experience, ideally across multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Proficiency with Workday data migration methods (iLoads, Advanced Loads) and/or integrations (Workday Studio, EIBs, Connectors).
- Strong technical foundation and understanding of ETL scripts and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, lead teams, and communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented, solution-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, global, and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English.
Nice to Have
- Workday Data certification, Workday Studio certification, or experience with Workday Financials migration would be a distinct advantage.
- Additional languages are a plus.
