Trimble is looking for a Workday Analyst in Chennai to enhance Workday's efficiency and functionality across our global organization. This role offers a diverse array of tasks from configuration and testing to tackling troubleshooting challenges, with the chance to gain expertise in multiple modules.
What You'll Do
- Work independently on technically advanced configuration projects, clearly communicating status and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- Consider end-to-end test scripts for new configuration and utilize big-picture thinking to plan effectively for a large organization.
- Support a global ticketing system, handling requests such as general troubleshooting and People Experience (PX) requests.
- Assist with testing of new Workday functionality and regular Workday release updates.
- Replicate and verify customer issues and escalate appropriately to the People Systems SMEs.
- Serve as project owner for new Workday initiatives, including assistance with configuration, data loads, and testing.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems.
- At least 2 years of technical Workday experience; strong Workday experience is required.
- Experience supporting a global ticketing system for PX systems.
- Ability to work with a multi-location, multicultural global team.
- Experience in Workday reporting and Integration support.
- Experience in any of the Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
- Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements, design, development, and testing.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines.
