Next Job Abroad is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service and Partner Support Representative to join a leading online food delivery and quick commerce platform. You will provide high-quality support to both end-users and business partners within a dynamic international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist with questions about orders, deliveries, and platform usage.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experiences by following internal procedures.
  • Support restaurants and business partners via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure smooth platform operations.
  • Maintain high-quality interactions and follow internal guidelines.
  • Apply professional judgment and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service quality.
  • Be open to future cross-training opportunities between Customer Service and Partner Service.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Norwegian.
