Next Job Abroad is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service and Partner Support Representative to join a leading online food delivery and quick commerce platform. You will provide high-quality support to both end-users and business partners within a dynamic international environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist with questions about orders, deliveries, and platform usage.
- Ensure high-quality customer experiences by following internal procedures.
- Support restaurants and business partners via chat, email, and phone.
- Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure smooth platform operations.
- Maintain high-quality interactions and follow internal guidelines.
- Apply professional judgment and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service quality.
- Be open to future cross-training opportunities between Customer Service and Partner Service.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Norwegian.
