What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee all client support operations and communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze support data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client issues.

Work Mode
