Sprinter Health is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver virtual healthcare services. This contract position runs through December 2025 and involves providing care to patients across multiple Illinois locations.
What You'll Do
- Provide virtual nursing and primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and deliver treatment remotely.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license for the state of Illinois.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Proven experience providing primary or family care services.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills for a virtual care environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will provide virtual services to patients in the following Illinois locations: Chicago, Arlington Heights, Evanston, North Chicago, Oak Park, Peoria, Rockford, Springfield, Northbrook, and South Shore.
