Remote Talent LATAM is looking for a WordPress Support Specialist to manage day-to-day website updates and maintenance for our clients. You’ll use your technical skills to build pages, resolve issues, and ensure websites run smoothly in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support for client websites and marketing accounts.
- Scope project requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement updates.
- Estimate effort, review time logs, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Communicate across departments, clearly articulating development needs to technical teams.
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and suggest workflow or project improvements.
- Document processes to enhance efficiency and optimize team performance.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience creating custom-designed websites, especially in WordPress.
- Strong understanding of website structure, UI, and UX principles.
- Solid knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Experience developing websites and creating clear documentation.
- Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and user experience best practices.
- Technical ability to address accessibility, compatibility, and design challenges.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with teams across time zones.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Residing in a Latin American (LATAM) country.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Magento or CS-Cart is a plus.
