Quartierkraft GmbH is hiring a Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to play a key role in advancing the energy transition within Germany's multi-family housing sector. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to making affordable solar electricity accessible nationwide.

What You'll Do

Manage performance marketing campaigns across channels like SEA and Paid Social, optimizing them continuously based on KPIs.
Test new marketing channels and formats, evaluate their potential, and integrate successful approaches into the strategy.
Develop and manage measures to generate qualified leads for tenant electricity offerings.
Create compelling marketing materials, from SEO texts to whitepapers and video concepts, contributing to content strategy.
Identify potential large customers and develop tailored, performance-oriented outreach campaigns.
Plan and execute marketing for trade show appearances, ensuring seamless communication and a professional presence.

What We're Looking For

A completed university degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a performance-oriented environment.
A proactive work style and a high sense of responsibility.
Willingness to drive things forward and contribute independently to success.
Confident handling of common marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
