JUPUS GmbH is hiring a Customer Growth Manager (m/w/d) in Cologne to ensure our existing customers derive maximum value from the JUPUS platform. You will be responsible for strategic relationship management, focusing on optimizing usage, preventing churn, and driving expansion to secure long-term customer success.
What You'll Do
- Be the central point of contact for existing customers, ensuring they integrate JUPUS optimally into their daily work.
- Identify opportunities for customers to use JUPUS more effectively and support them in discovering additional features and individual solutions.
- Work proactively to prevent cancellations by advising customers early and offering solutions to potential challenges.
- Conduct strategic conversations to maximize the individual value for each law firm.
- Analyze customer behavior and health scores to develop data-driven measures for retention and expansion.
- Work closely with the product, sales, and support teams to incorporate customer feedback into the further development of JUPUS.
- Conduct targeted winback conversations with customers who have already cancelled and actively work on their recovery.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer communication skills: empathetic, persuasive, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
- Sales acumen: ability to demonstrate value, recognize upsell opportunities, and proactively implement them.
- 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role in the areas of Customer Growth, Retention & Expansion.
- Strategic thinking: understand customer needs, recognize patterns, and develop sustainable solutions for long-term usage.
- Initiative & Ownership: proactive, solution-oriented, and actively drive success.
- Data-driven work approach: use analyses and KPIs to make informed decisions for customer strategy.
- Startup mentality: love dynamism, have a hands-on mentality, and want to have a real impact.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form.
