Moruga Cacao is looking for a Werkstudent:in oder Freelancer:in Customer Support (m/w/d) to represent our brand as the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure a positive customer experience while gaining insight into our fast-growing, purpose-driven company.
What You'll Do
- Handle initial contact and processing of customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Answer general product, shipping, and order questions, and coordinate internal requests to operations and fulfillment.
- Process returns, refunds, and complaints in coordination with the team.
- Maintain and further develop the support FAQ and response templates.
- Document recurring problems and actively contribute to improvements in processes and texts.
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in a degree program (e.g., business, communication, languages) and proof of enrollment or ability to invoice.
- Excellent written and spoken German.
- High service understanding and solution-oriented, customer-friendly thinking.
- Strong written communication skills, empathy, and sense of responsibility.
- Structured, reliable way of working and organizational talent.
- Basic technical knowledge and confident handling of web tools.
Nice to Have
- Good English is a plus.
- First experience with helpdesk systems and FAQ maintenance is advantageous.
