Baymak Makine San. ve Tic. A.Ş., part of BDR Thermea Group, a leading European HVAC manufacturer, is seeking a Welding Operator to join its production team in Tuzla, Istanbul. The role involves performing welding operations on the production line while adhering to safety standards and production schedules.
What You'll Do
- Carrying out welding processes of products on the Welding Production Line
- Adhering to the defined daily production schedule
- Conducting necessary checks in accordance with instructions and monitoring the process
- Acting in line with the company culture and rules regarding Occupational Health and Safety
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in gas metal arc welding processes
- Able to work in a shift system
- Able to work in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety rules
- Team-oriented and development-focused
- Residing or able to reside on the Asian side of Istanbul or in the Gebze area
Nice to Have
- Graduates of Anatolian Vocational or Technical High Schools from departments such as Metal Works, Welding, etc.
- Holders of an MYK certification
