WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. is hiring a French-bilingual Content Moderator to help maintain a safe and engaging community for our global audience. You will review user-generated content on the WEBTOON platform to ensure it complies with our guidelines and community standards.
What You'll Do
- Review and moderate a high volume of user-submitted comics and comments
- Enforce community guidelines and content policies consistently
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately
- Help maintain a positive and respectful environment for all users
What We're Looking For
- Full professional proficiency in both English and French
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when evaluating content
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse online communities
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
