Responsibilities

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and responsive design layouts using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Design contemporary landing pages, marketing websites, and layouts that reflect brand identity
  • Transform visual concepts into intuitive and clean digital experiences
  • Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and design system standards
  • Build and tailor websites on platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or Squarespace
  • Modify themes, templates, and layouts using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Set up plugins, third-party integrations, forms, analytics, and interactive widgets
  • Ensure website architecture is well-organized and CMS setups are scalable
  • Optimize websites for mobile compatibility, accessibility standards, and fast load times
  • Apply SEO fundamentals including metadata, image compression, heading structures, and schema markup
  • Conduct performance evaluations using tools like Lighthouse, GTmetrix, or Google PageSpeed Insights
  • Enhance usability and design elements to improve conversion rates
  • Test website functionality across various devices, browsers, and screen dimensions
  • Diagnose and resolve layout issues, plugin incompatibilities, and responsiveness bugs
  • Manage regular updates, backups, and ongoing platform maintenance
  • Ensure website security, stability, and continuous operation
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams on site changes and promotional campaigns
  • Incorporate feedback effectively without compromising design integrity
  • Support the creation of landing pages for marketing and lead generation efforts
  • Catalog and manage design files and reusable website components

Work Arrangement

Remote (Worldwide) — with preference for candidates in LATAM, South Africa, Philippines, and Pakistan

  • Design website layouts and landing pages using Figma or comparable tools
  • Develop and customize pages within CMS environments
  • Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO performance
  • Test website compatibility across browsers and mobile devices
  • Apply revisions and enhancements based on stakeholder input
  • Assist marketing initiatives with timely website and landing page updates
