meetergo GmbH is hiring a Web Development Engineer specializing in Node.js and Next.js to join our founder-led startup. As a core team member, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining our core platform, working directly with the founders, and shaping the product's future. You'll join a small, focused team of 1-10 employees where your contributions have immediate impact.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain the core platform, built on a Node.js monorepo using Nx.
Build and iterate on user-facing features using modern technologies like Next.js, modern TypeScript, and Shadcn UI.
Collaborate with the founding team to design and implement new features with a strong focus on intuitive user experience (UX).
Work extensively with AI-powered tools and agents to accelerate development and build intelligent features.
Contribute to a high-performance, results-oriented environment.
Take ownership of your work and have a direct impact on the product and growing user base.
Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and beyond.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience with Node.js and a strong understanding of its ecosystem.
Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks, especially Next.js.
Proficiency in TypeScript and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
A natural talent for UX and layout; strong intuition for what makes a great user experience.
