Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets for multiple user types and roles using Service Portal Designer, Page Editor, Widget Editor, and portal theming.
- Conduct comprehensive portal UX assessments and develop management plans, documentation, and design artifacts to guide site and portal development and continuous improvement.
- Implement and verify Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 accessibility on all new and updated pages and widgets.
- Apply the NSF Tech Accelerators brand and style guide, and coordinate with content owners so published material meets applicable copyright and release requirements.
- Collaborate with the NSF TIP program team and the stakeholder engagement/communications staff to translate engagement plans, personas, and editorial calendars into portal features and page content.
Work Arrangement
Remote position – candidates may work from anywhere within the United States, with availability for virtual coordination with the program team during core business hours.
