Responsibilities
- Design and develop interfaces that make sophisticated, data-heavy workflows powerful and easy to use, even for non-technical users.
- Engage with users to understand their needs and identify gaps in the product for improvement.
- Apply customer context and collaborate with teammates to address complex UX challenges.
- Tackle advanced technical problems by scoping solution designs and creating incremental paths to ship new features.
- Own the APIs and schemas that support frontend code, and work with backend engineers to develop them jointly.
- Continuously explore new areas and build skills for real-world needs, including type theory, operational transforms, 2D and 3D mapping, UI design systems, high-scale graphics rendering, evidence-based performance optimization, and breaking down user requests into maintainable software.
- Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation and design through prototyping, execution, and shipping.
