Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy frontend features on three platforms: Vue-based embeddable widgets and shopper components, Angular-based merchant admin tools, and React-based Shopify integrations.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions in close partnership with product, design, and backend engineering teams.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable TypeScript code, upholding high standards for personal and team contributions.
- Decompose ambiguous and complex problems into clear, deliverable tasks, then estimate, plan, and execute against them.
- Assume end-to-end ownership of features from design and development through testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Engage in system design discussions and help shape the evolution of frontend architecture as the platform scales.
- Mentor fellow engineers, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and elevate the team's technical quality.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on the serverless AWS stack to design efficient APIs and data flows.
