Responsibilities
- Contribute to front-end architecture and technical direction across projects, building scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with and support cross-functional development teams, sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and fostering a strong engineering culture.
- Serve as a technical point of reference for React and front-end technologies, promoting best practices, clean code, and consistent engineering standards.
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and practical technical solutions.
- Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Follow and contribute to coding standards, CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and modern development methodologies.
- Identify technical challenges and risks early, contributing to effective solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and tools, helping evaluate and introduce improvements where they add value.
- Take ownership of delivering project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making, helping shape solutions and improve engineering practices across the team.
