1840 & Company is hiring a Warehouse Operative (f/m/x) to join our EMEA operations. This role is based at our facility in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, where you will be a key part of our logistics and supply chain team.
What You'll Do
- Perform day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Handle materials manually and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock organization.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational standards within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet operational targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational role.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in English or German for workplace communication.
