Signet Jewelers is hiring a Practice Transformation Specialist for the Aledade team, a role dedicated to supporting provider networks and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) across Oklahoma. You will be instrumental in driving practice improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support provider networks and ACOs in achieving their quality and financial goals.
- Guide and implement practice transformation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze practice data to identify opportunities for improvement in value-based care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to adopt best practices and new workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in healthcare practice transformation, value-based care, or ACO operations.
- Strong understanding of primary care practice workflows and clinical quality metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with providers and staff.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Willingness to travel within Oklahoma to support practices in various locations.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Oklahoma. Candidates should be located in or willing to commute to key areas including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, Edmond, Lawton, Midwest City, Stillwater, Enid, or Yukon.
