About the Role

Gartner, Inc. is hiring a VP Analyst, Cybersecurity Executive Product Management for Large Enterprise. In this leadership role within Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, you will establish yourself as a credible, trusted advisor, engaging with clients to discuss complex challenges and deliver impactful recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and advise clients by researching cybersecurity across product and service capabilities, offering insights on building continuity across products, services, and vendors.
  • Apply business acumen to drive insights impacting P&L, go-to-market activities, and C-level product and service strategies.
  • Create and deliver strategic advice and research content for CPOs, Product Leaders, and Product Managers through reports, presentations, teleconferences, inquiries, and briefings.
  • Work closely with adjacent analysts and service delivery associates to deliver a world-class experience for technology provider members.
  • Develop new, compelling, actionable insights and approaches to address client needs.
  • Conduct innovative, fact-based analysis and “must-have insights” around clients’ key initiatives.
  • Participate in “case-based insights” by speaking with senior executives, academics, and industry experts.
  • Create highly synthesized content that can be leveraged across the functions and roles Gartner serves.
  • Provide clients, vendors, and prospects with actionable advice on complex questions and challenges.
  • Proactively support Advisory, Research Engagement Services (RES), Sales, and other internal stakeholders on key initiatives.
  • Represent Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy as an industry leader.
  • Create and deliver high-value presentations for Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings for senior executives.
  • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts to provide actionable insights.
  • Use creative analytical approaches and encourage colleagues to consider alternate interpretations of information.
  • Lead and influence internal projects and processes to optimize Gartner's business and create the best insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of relevant field experience.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to immediately establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Excellence in research and writing ability.
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data to draw and defend conclusions.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts concisely and simply.
  • Comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the cybersecurity subject area.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multicultural global teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to Have

  • Graduate degree.
  • Prior experience as a Service Delivery Leader/Manager, Consulting Practice Leader/Manager, or in an Executive Product Leadership capacity with AI-related solutions.
  • Prior experience at a large cybersecurity solutions/services company or large organizations implementing, integrating, and/or leveraging AI capabilities.
  • P&L responsibilities.
