Voyage Privé, a company driven by the purpose of helping members embark on unforgettable journeys, is hiring a Key Account Manager for Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships and negotiations with major national hotel chains, supporting cluster performance, and fostering strong partnerships across major European cities. You will report to the Purchasing Director and play a key role in defining strategy, managing partner relationships, and driving business development.
What You'll Do
- Define the National Hotel Chain Strategy: understand current partners and ecosystem, conduct benchmarking, submit commercial offers, and develop action plans with annual budgets.
- Set objectives, identify growth opportunities, and improve customer insights.
- Manage Relationships with Our Partners: negotiate commercial terms, anticipate partner needs, and address client complaints.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships, support supplier action plans, and monitor daily performance and ROI.
- Manage communication between partners and internal clusters.
- Establish new relationships with potential partners aligned with group strategy.
- Work closely with the Supply team to maximize growth opportunities.

- Proven experience in key account management and commercial negotiation within the tourism or hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and results-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage commercial relationships effectively.

Team & Environment
You will report to the Purchasing Director and work closely with all clusters, the Global Buyers, and the Supply team.

Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid work mode based in Aix-en-Provence, France, with flexibility for up to two days of remote work per week. This can be accumulated to a maximum of one full week up to four times a year.
