25hours Hotels is looking for an AccorHotel Operations Manager (m/w/d) to be the central hub and driving force behind our hotel operations in Wien, Österreich. You will lead all operational departments with full responsibility for results, acting as the critical link between guests, employees, department heads, and management.
What You'll Do
- Lead all operational departments holistically and with responsibility for results.
- Act as the link between guests, employees, department heads, and management.
- Contribute to the hotel's budgeting process.
- Optimize and analyze processes together with department heads to increase guest and employee satisfaction.
- Be present as a host and as a leader, leading by example with positive energy and drive.
- Strengthen team spirit and cross-departmental collaboration with a feel for people.
- Promote and challenge talents.
- Actively help shape the F&B and events area.
- Actively participate in operations with a hands-on mentality.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in a leadership position in the hotel industry.
- Routine in organizing hotel operations and experience in creating work schedules.
- Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written.
- Technically savvy and proficient in using cash register systems and hotel software.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Enthusiasm for good food and drinks and discovering new F&B concepts.

You will report directly to the General Manager and lead the department heads.
