Vosker is hiring a Vosker Special project coordinator

Vosker is looking for a Special Project Coordinator to manage a wide range of cross-functional initiatives and events. In this role, you will coordinate projects, act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, and support the execution of our brand strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate sales team events and trade shows for Vosker and SPYPOINT.
  • Act as the key liaison between the marketing brand team and the customer advisory center.
  • Coordinate rebrand-related tasks between internal teams and communicate with external partners.
  • Coordinate new packaging research with internal teams, external suppliers, and offshore printers, in partnership with brand directors.
  • Adapt the North American Team's social media strategy for European market channels.
  • Support the internal communications team for special corporate events.
  • Lead monthly reporting and analysis for the brand team.
  • Coordinate other special projects and administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating special events, such as tradeshows.
  • Experience in developing packaging.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Canva.
  • Experience working with TRELLO, JIRA, or any project management tool.
  • Experience working with a creative team to brief project collateral.
  • Experience with planning and scheduling content for social media channels.

Team & Environment

You will act as a liaison between the marketing brand team and the customer advisory center. The role involves close collaboration with brand directors and the internal communications team.
